Anyone got the chance to hear it? If not, I can tell you you'll be positively surprised by this hard rock (power metal influenced) album. I won't make a complete review of the songs, but I'll put up a little something about the ones I really liked so far:
Only The Broken Hearts (Make You Beautiful): They couldn't have chosen a better first track. It starts the album with a fast and heavy pace exactly like how Hard rock should be (to me).
Only the broken hearts make you beautiful
And one has got to be mine
Only a broken heart, turned cynical
Lights my final rhyme
Shitload Of Money: Same thing hear. The heavyness is really great. Catchy rythme too. Compositions through the album are very diversified. I can feel some of old albums feeling in it.
Underhanded, they are falling
All the trump cards they are folding
oh, the greenback days are over now
Lady Luck took off with her new love
Losing My Insanity: I recall this song was originally created for mister Ari Koivunen but I have to admit that SA's version is very nice as well.
When you can't see me I am standing on the hill
I'm the king of this land on the palm of your hand
Dreams are deceiving, I arrive while I am leaving
I'm the bird in the sky, you are aiming at me
Alone In Heaven: What I particularly like from this one is the progress of the chorus.
Welcome to heaven! Can you believe the things you see here?!
Forever winter, summer of love, spring or fall
It doesn't matter anymore
Alone you wonder,
can this be heaven if my best friends burn in hell?
Cinderblox: Now that's a very weird song yet amazing in many way. The banjo intro is just amazing. There is also a country feeling to it, like a western. I liked that pretty much.
Can I stay away from you
if I get out of here soon?
Would the road be paved by my mistakes, by the law or by you?
Every wall in here is blue,
Every man here knows you too
We have seen your every curve,
The sole good purpose you serve
Wildfire, part II - One With The Mountain: What to say about this one. I guess there's only one word: epic. The intro is completely sick and the 'character evolution' (at least his mental state).
Years have passed since The Family was driven out of the village by force.
The people had won, but as some of the old folks knew, this victory
was not final.
The unrest would not end but only cease for a while, as it had always done
since the beginning of times.
Hence, they taught their offspring to love and hate, respect
and fear, thinking it would be the best way to avoid the inevitable
The last page of the book read:
"Children: Despite our best efforts, we have grown weak.
One day when you least expect it, during a party or harvest festival,
a man, not quite a man, yet not quite a beast, will walk up the road and
join with his family, the nature. Unless humanity has found harmony before
that… you all will perish."
Wilfire, part III - Wildfire Town, Population: 0 : There is a message in this part III that I pretty much liked; how the fact that humans are getting so much in numbers. I thought I was the only one thinking that but seems not afterall! (yay!) I liked this ecological thought. The composition is just amazing as well! I remmeber hearing a monkey somewhere.
Using his burgeoning intelligence, this most successful of all mammals
has exploited the environment to produce food for an ever increasing population.
Instead of controlling the environment for the benefit of the population,
perhaps it is time we control the population to allow the survival of the environment."
- David Attenborough
Overall: 9/10
Pretty good album. One of my favourite along with Unia ad Reckoning Night. It proves these guys can play any kind of music genre. From hard rock to power metal, they'll never cease to amaze me.

"As always it's pretty hard coming up with a name for the new baby. I tried to approach it from many angles; how this is our 8th album and how easy it would be to abuse that fact. All the symbolism of figure eight, eternity a
Farewell Marko, welcome Pasi!
It's with much sadness and heavy hearts that we have to announce that our bass player for the past decade Marko Paasikoski is no longer in the band.
States Marko:
"I have come to a situation in my life where being a part of a touring band is not an option for me anymore and it's time to explore other things. I wish to thank all the fans and my bandmates for all the good times, great shows and adventures that we have had over the last decade.
The memories from this time will stay with me forever but at the moment I don't have the motivation or the passion that is required to be in the band so it's better for all parties involved that we go o
